Dried By Design

Since I left teaching in 1994 I have been in my St. Augustine garden honing my gardening skills and experimenting with different plants for making successful dried arrangements for the home and office in the First Coast (NE Florida).

I work in the garden from January through July tilling, preparing the soil and then planting, collecting and drying the harvest. 

Come August I start working on arrangements to display at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre's Farmers' Market, The St. Augustine Art Association and other local art outlets and or shows.  Some local links are listed at the bottom of this page.

Because I work with St. Augustine business and home owners in the immediate area and because I plant a new crop of flowers each season you can be sure of having the pick of the season in terms of  fresh flora and fauna arrangements.
